What I do
I work with Radburnd across both ongoing digital marketing and larger DTC projects, helping the team strengthen the way customers discover, buy and stay connected with the wines.
My work has included developing and implementing the new Radburnd website and Wine Club, from the Club structure and member proposition through to Shopify integration and the customer journey around it. Alongside this, I support the team with email marketing, automated flows, website and e-commerce improvements, campaign strategy and ongoing digital activity across both wine brands.
